Connected services & accessed data

When users connect a third-party calendar or communication service (including but not limited to Google Calendar, iCloud Calendar, or email accounts via IMAP), we may access limited data strictly required to provide scheduling, communication, and automation functionality.

Access to connected services is granted only after explicit user consent.

How we use the data:

Connected service data is used solely to:

* synchronize appointments

* prevent double bookings

* create or update events or messages initiated by the user

* send confirmations, reminders, or draft communications related to user workflows

We do NOT use connected service data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Data storage:

Data is processed only as needed to provide the service and is not stored longer than necessary.

Data sharing:

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except where required to operate the service securely.

User control:

Users can revoke access to connected services at any time via the respective provider’s account settings (such as Google, Apple, or their email provider).

Revoking access immediately stops the technical integration.
